Our role

We are a visa, travel documentation, ticketing and logistics service. We help you prepare and submit applications and bookings. We do not issue visas, passports or emigration clearance. Those decisions are made only by the embassies, consulates and government authorities concerned, and we cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us true, complete and genuine information and documents. Applications based on false or altered documents can be refused and may have legal consequences.

Fees

Government, embassy, visa centre, airline and courier charges are set by those organisations and may change. Our service charge is told to you before we start. Government and third-party fees are usually not refundable once paid, including when an application is refused.

Courier and cargo

Shipments are carried by our courier and freight partners under their terms and conditions. You must declare contents and value truthfully and must not send prohibited or restricted items. Customs duties and taxes at the destination are payable as per that country's rules.
